I am speaking of the entire scope here.
Is it their cubicle is:

• More Organized (or is it that they work less?)
• Better Accessorized (or are they easily distracted)
• Their family photos top yours - hands down (that would mean you are looking in my cube)
• They have better privacy walls (Thanks Danielle)
• They decorate better
